Brasserie Grille Valentine's Menu

Chef James Lauser and his culinary team have created a Valentine’s Weekend menu inspired by the foods we all love most.

Appetizers:

Blue Point Oyster Stew; Tuscan Charcuterie & Cheese Plate; Crab Raviolis with a Saffron Burre Blanc and Balsamic Drizzle; Black Currant-Lacquered Duck Leg Confit over a White Bean & Sausage Cassoulet; Grilled Romaine Caesar Salad with Toasted Pine Nuts, Olive Oil Poached Tomatoes; Boston Bibb lettuce with Toasted Walnuts, Gorgonzola & Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Entrées:

Stuffed Flounder Turbans with Virginia Blue Crabmeat; Seafood Bolognaise over Black Fettuccine; Free Range Chicken Provencal over Spinach Linguine; Veal Saltimbocca with a Sage flavored Hollandaise; Turkish Braised Lamb Shanks with a Roasted Mango and Roasted Plums; and everyone’s favorite, Surf & Turf: 7oz Fire Grilled Filet Mignon with a & 7oz Cold Water Brazilian Lobster Tail

Desserts:

Cupid’s Flourless Chocolate Heart; Hershey’s Kiss Cheesecake; Red Velvet Cake, An Old Fashioned Southern Treat; Sweetheart Truffle Cake with White Chocolate Congac Mousse and Raspberry Preserves

Entrees are priced between $45-$59 and include your choice of appetizer and dessert.

Seating times on Friday and Saturday evening are 5:00, 7:00 and 9:00pm.
