Nemours Reopens

Nemours Mansion & Gardens has reopened for guided tours.

Commissioned in 1909 by Alfred I. du Pont, the mansion has been returned to its turn-of-the-century magnificence. It contains exquisite paintings, antiques, sculpture and tapestries, some of which date back to the 15th century.

Situated on 222 acres that include a mix of woodland areas and formal gardens, Nemours is a landscape jewel and arguably the finest formal French garden in America.

Advance tour reservations are required. Visit www.nemoursmansion.org.
