This week's menu of affordable dinner options in the award-winning Brasserie Grille comes to us from Chef Gary Callahan.

The menu will be available through Monday, November 16th and costs just $30.00 per person.

Starter: Striped Spinach and Cheese Ravioli with a Crab Bolognese Sauce

Entrees (choice of): Grilled Swordfish Steak with Sweet Mustard Glaze and Pineapple Salsa over Spanish Rice

or

8oz Grilled N.Y. Strip Steak over Roasted Fingerling Potatoes finished with Brandy Peppercorn Cream and Oyster Mushrooms

Finale (choice of): Apple Streusel Cake or Lemon-Raspberry Torte
